Returns
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping fees on the original order are not refundable. Also, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
REFUND EXCEPTIONS
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
1. Send an email to hello@joybombgifts.com, requesting a return. Please include your order number, whether you would like a refund or store credit and reason for return in your email.
2. Ship your return to: Joybomb Gift Co. 3241 Champa St. Denver, CO 80205
3. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or store credit.
